Ivan Yotov

Eng. Ivan Yotov has graduated from the Technical University of Gabrovo as an Electrical Enegineer as well as the Veliko Tarnovo University as an Expert of Finance. He has also completed a training course of New Trends in Power Engineering in Germany.
He was Head of Operation District with the High Voltage Networks Enterprise of NEK and Head of ESO’s Network Operation District of Pleven, correspondingly as from 2000 and 2007.

Vladimir Inkov
Chair

Eng. Vladimir Inkov has graduated from the Todor Kableshkov University of Transport in the expertise field of “Lifting Machines and Systems”, and also from the University of National and World Economy, having specialized in “Economy of Transportation”. He has been member of the European Commission’s Delegation in Montenegro and advisor within the NEK and BEH Executive Board. Currently, he is Director of BEH’s Public Procurements Department.

Mitiu Christozov
Member of the Board

Eng. Mitiu Christozov is a graduate from the Technical University of Sofia, having specialised in Power Stations, Grids and Systems. He was Senior Engineer and Member of the Board of NEK EAD as from April, 2000 until November, 2005. Since January, 2007, Mr. Christozov has been mandated as Director of the ESO’s National Dispatching Center and Member of the Board of Directors.
